    We are currently experiencing intermittent performance issues with our database. This is resulting in API requests timing out and some users experiencing slower response times when using the Pax2pay portal ("POMS").

    Our technical team has identified the cause of the issue are currently working to resolve it.

    Modulr are still working to identify the cause of the issue. They have confirmed any impacted payments will be made later today.

    Our payment processing partner, Modulr, have become aware of an issue impacting outbound SEPA Credit Transfer requests submitted post-midday (1200) GMT.

    This issue only impacts customers with IE IBANs. All inbound payments and other payment types including SEPA Instant are being processed as normal. There is no impact to UK based customers.

    The delayed payments will be processed tomorrow morning. A further update will be provided then.

    We can confirm all remediation work has been completed and the platform is processing both inbound and outbound transactions as expected.

    A fix has been implemented and inbound and outbound transactions continue to be successful.

    For any outbound payment calls made to our api that failed, these payments will need to be retried. Inbound payments are still being remediated. We will be in touch with a further update on this.
